This policy explains how petstiore.com collects and processes personal data submitted through our contact and booking forms, and how you can exercise your rights under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010.

When you send a contact request or a booking, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service or course you are interested in, and any message you add. We also receive technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
2. Purposes and legal basis
We use this data to reply to your enquiry, arrange a booking, deliver the requested services and keep mandatory business records. Processing relies on your consent and on the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 and the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991.
3. Cookies
Cookies that process personal data are set only with your informed consent under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010. You may withdraw consent at any time through your browser settings.
4. Retention and sharing
Data is kept no longer than needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We do not sell personal data. It may be shared with hosting, messaging and accounting providers acting on our instructions, and with authorities where the law requires it.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, and contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection on consumer matters.
