2. Use of the website

You may browse the site and send enquiries for lawful purposes only. You must not copy content, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt the site's operation. Site content is general information and becomes a binding offer only when we confirm a booking in writing.

3. Eligibility for training

Our supervised training programme is for adult drivers aged 18 or over who already hold a valid driving licence and have prior driving experience. We do not provide initial training for beginners. You confirm that your details are accurate and your licence is valid for the vehicle category used.

4. Booking and pricing

• Prices, session length and available dates are shown on the site or in your written quote.
• A booking is confirmed only after we accept it and send you email confirmation.
• Payment terms are stated in the confirmation; prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before a session may be charged in full.

5. Supervised training conditions

Sessions use a vehicle provided by us or agreed in advance. You must follow the instructor's safety directions, hold a valid licence during the session, and not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that impairs driving. We may end a session without refund if safety rules are breached.

6. Licensing

Driver training is provided under a licence for educational activity in driver training issued under Law No. 222-VIII of 02.03.2015 “On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity” and Law No. 3353-XII of 30.06.1993 “On Road Traffic”. Licence details are available on request.

7. Consumer information

Before purchase we provide clear information about the service, price and terms (Law No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 “On Consumer Protection”; Law No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 “On Electronic Commerce”). Advertising on this site is accurate and not misleading (Law No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996 “On Advertising”).

8. Liability

We are liable as required by law. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for loss caused by inaccurate information you supply, by failure to follow safety instructions, or by events outside our reasonable control.

We process personal data and use cookies only with your consent, as described in our Privacy Policy (Law No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 “On Personal Data Protection”).
