2. Prices and course duration
Prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and include applicable taxes. The price, the number of practical sessions, the timetable and the validity period appear on the course page before you confirm a booking. The standard validity period is 12 months from the first lesson unless the course page states otherwise.
3. Cancellation and rescheduling
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before a lesson or the course start.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of a lesson is charged in full.
- One free reschedule per lesson if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed lessons without notice count as delivered and are not refunded.
4. Cancellation by us
If we cancel a lesson, you receive a replacement lesson free of charge or a refund of that lesson. If a course is cancelled, the unused balance is refunded in full within 10 business days.
5. Refunds
Send requests to contact@petstiore.com from the booking email, stating the payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Not refundable: lessons already delivered, third-party state fees, and study materials already issued.
6. Disputes
Please contact us first so we can resolve the matter. If no agreement is reached, you may complain to the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection of Ukraine or apply to a court.
